Suppliers have become friends and valued customers, who know the deep satisfaction of watching their own carefully tended fresh ingredients transformed into sublime food on the table.

Indulge is famous for its sumptuous house-made array of desserts and breads (macarons, cakes, friands, savoury muffins and breads, brioche, tarts, quiches, pizzas).
Smashed macadamia and maple butter, whipped honey butter, passionfruit curd, lime and chilli aioli, granola, slow roasted tomato ragu, roasted beetroot, heirloom tomato relish and Tina berries jam are all made from local ingredients.
Traditional handmade sourdough breads, panini and pastries (almond croissants, pain au chocolat, Pasta made by local Italian Emilia, gluten free bread, goat cheese and smoked meats (duck ham, ribs, smoked chicken, double smoked bacon) have pride of place.
